These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Juvio AI application (the "App") provided by Juvio AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided within the App or during the registration process.

1. App Usage

The App allows you to upload and interact with text data provided by you ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and the consequences of sharing or using such content.

2. User Accounts

To access and use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or communicate any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable information through the App. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content within the App. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk and that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the App.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.

8. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
